Fifty children from Years 3-4 participated in a series of visits to Bradford Mandir. They enjoyed seeing some of the colourful and symbolic Hindu deities.
Pupils were able to experience listening to music in the diwan, eating food in the langar at the gurdwara, writing Hebrew and examining Jewish artefacts.
The aim was for pupils to understand shared values and to have an opportunity for spiritual development by including time for reflection in two places.
